Omega Test Technologies’ service & support strategy implies:

  • Fast response remote (by phone, Skype, Team Viewer, etc.) or on-site technical support and training
  • Periodic maintenance and calibration
  • Test program development and debugging
  • Software and hardware integration of Customer’s auxiliary equipment to our test systems

Our reaction by phone will be immediate. Our visit upon request to your site will happen in 24 – 48 hrs (for Western and Central European region).
